Transfer Policy

Yes we accept transfers unless otherwise noted here. The fee is $20 per firearm. We kindly ask that you provide us the tracking number once you receive it. Once we have received your firearm(s) you have 30 days to come in and fill out your 4473. If you have failed to do so within that 30 day period then the firearm(s) becomes property of LightFighter Innovations. All deposits are non-refundable. If you have purchased a NFA item from us, or are having one transferred from another dealer, you have 1 year to submit your paperwork to the ATF for processing. If you have failed to do so within that 1 year period then the NFA item(s) becomes property of LightFighter Innovations and there will be no refund.

If, following submissions of your Form-4473 (Firearms Transaction record), your background check is denied, there are only 2 options: 

1. Return the firearm.

⁃ Contact the seller of the firearm(s) to determine what their return policy is, and whether they’ll provide a return shipping label. 

⁃ If the seller won’t provide a return shipping label then you will have to pay LightFighter Innovations to ship your firearm(s) back. 

⁃ Any refunds will need to be sorted out between the seller & buyer. 

⁃ If you refuse to pay LightFighter Innovations to ship your firearm(s) back to the seller, the firearm(s) will become property of LightFighter Innovations and you will no longer be able to do business with us again.

2. Go through the appeals process with the state. LightFighter Innovations will provide you the appeal form for you to fill out and send to the state.
